She tells by various verses how much she adores/admires Rathores. She tells her mother that she wants a Rathore(राठौड़) boy to be her husband. This song is about Rajput girl growing up and what she asks from her mother and she tells her mother about her desires. 'Ghoomar' is a dance form of Marwar, which ladies do by doing swirls/circular rotations. It's a song which is filled with sweetness, grace, admiration and most of all innocence.
